Little Leaders & Co. started as a way to help families build closeness through connection and individuality.

It began with a little boy I met early in my career, a child with neurodivergent needs who taught me that real progress happens when you meet a child exactly where they are, not where a program says they should be. Around that same time, I watched my sister become a mother for the first time, and I saw up close how much families long for guidance that feels personal, not clinical.

Those two experiences, side by side, planted the idea. I sought out formal training, worked alongside child development specialists, behavioral therapists, and ABA professionals, and used what I learned to build something of my own, a service shaped around real families rather than a fixed program.

That chapter has now closed, but what it gave me hasn't. I learned how to build something from nothing, how to lead without a roadmap, and how to hold space for families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

To every family who welcomed me in, thank you. The trust you gave me, and the moments we built together, are experiences I will carry and cherish forever.
