Little Leaders & Co. was born from a single, unforgettable experience — a little boy I met while working at a preschool who sparked a deep passion for neurodivergent learning and what it truly means to support a child as an individual.

I founded Little Leaders & Co. on the belief that children learn best when learning feels like play.

Every session is individualized and built around each child's unique strengths and needs —weaving skill-building naturally into the moments that feel the most alive for them.

The relationships built with families were rooted in trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to showing up — not just for the child, but for the whole family.
