I started Little Leaders & Co. to help families build closeness through connection and individuality.

It began with a little boy I met early in my career — a child with neurodivergent needs who taught me that real progress happens when you meet a child exactly where they are, not where a program says they should be. Around that same time, I watched my sister become a mother for the first time, and I saw up close how much families long for guidance that feels personal, not clinical.

Those two experiences shaped everything. I trained alongside child development specialists and behavioral professionals, but what I carried forward wasn't a script — it was a belief that every child and every family is different, and support should feel that way too.

Little Leaders & Co. exists to walk alongside families, not hand them a checklist. Whether it's a child finding their footing or a parent finding their confidence, our goal is the same: to help you build connection, celebrate individuality, and grow closer as a family, one relationship at a time.
